7th Facility Operator Action Required: Verify Ticket Receiving Method and Edit Notification Areas

Hello Minnesota Facility Operators!

In this email, there are two actions listed for facility operators to perform:
1. Edit your notification areas in MSAM
2. Verify your ticket receiving method(s) in MSAM

Edit Notification Areas

Previously, all Minnesota facility operators were instructed to login to MSAM to view and verify their notification areas (view previous email here).  Now, users can make edits to their notification areas by requesting their MSAM editing tools to be activated.

1. Watch the 2nd MSAM training video about editing tools at http://www.gopherstateonecall.org/msam-training
2. Email gis@korpartners.com to request to activate your MSAM editing tools.  Our GIS coordinator will help you with this process.

Verify Ticket Receiving Method

In order to ensure facilities are 100% safe during the technology upgrade, GSOC has set all emergency ticket receiving methods to 24/7.  To make sure you receive your tickets in the method you prefer and keep ticket billing in line with your expectations, each facility operator needs to confirm the receiving method(s) we have listed are accurate by logging into MSAM.  You can also update your emergency ticket receiving hours in MSAM if you would like to change them from 24/7.

1. Watch the 3rd MSAM training video about verifying your ticket receiving method at http://www.gopherstateonecall.org/msam-training
2. Login to MSAM at http://msam-mn.korterraweb.com, click the Ticket Delivery tab, and check if the ticket receiving method is accurate

If you have any questions on how to edit your notification areas, please contact gis@korpartners.com

For questions about verifying your ticket receiving method, please contact the GSOC Transition Hotline at 952-697-4299 or gsoctransition@korterra.com.

Thank you!
