2016-2017 Minnesota Statute 216D Stakeholder Review

To All Minnesota Underground Facility Stakeholders,

Please join us for the next MS216D stakeholder review meeting on Thursday, January 19th, 2017 at Connexus Energy, 14601 Ramsey Blvd. NW, Ramsey, MN 55303. The meeting is scheduled for 10am – 3:30pm (noon break for lunch).

Click here for the meeting minutes from the October 7th meeting. Also available is the draft language developed from the 2013 MS216D stakeholder review meeting for your reference. The agenda topics will be provided in the near future prior to January 19th, 2017.
We encourage all stakeholders in the underground utility and excavation community to participate and offer their feedback so that we can thoroughly address any areas of improvement regarding Minnesota’s One Call law. If you are a member of or have a contact with the following groups, this is your opportunity to be heard!

  • Pipeline operators
  • Underground utility owners
  • Professional excavators (contractors)
  • Utility locators
  • One call center operations
  • Municipalities
  • Homeowners
  • Landscaping and nursery companies
  • Fencing companies
